Zoho Recruit Pricing and Zoho Recruit Cost per Recruiter for Every Plan
Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.
Zoho Recruit costs $25 per recruiter a month on Standard and $50 on Enterprise for in-house teams, billed yearly, or $30 and $60 billed monthly. The staffing agency edition adds a Professional plan and runs $25, $50 and $75 per recruiter a month billed yearly. Those figures come from the price file behind Zoho's own pricing page, read on 5 October 2026. A free plan covers one active job per recruiter, the 15-day trial unlocks every Enterprise feature, and paid plans carry a 45-day money-back guarantee. We run a remote job board, not an ATS, so we have no stake in which system you pick.
How much does Zoho Recruit cost?
Zoho sells Recruit in two editions with different plan lists. The corporate HR edition is for a company hiring its own staff. The staffing agency edition is for firms placing candidates with clients, and it adds client and vendor portals plus a middle Professional tier.
| Edition and plan | Billed yearly, per recruiter a month | Billed monthly, per recruiter a month | Active jobs per recruiter license |
|---|---|---|---|
| Corporate HR, Free | $0 | $0 | 1 |
| Corporate HR, Standard | $25 | $30 | 10 |
| Corporate HR, Enterprise | $50 | $60 | 20 |
| Staffing agency, Standard | $25 | $30 | Quoted per plan |
| Staffing agency, Professional | $50 | $60 | Quoted per plan |
| Staffing agency, Enterprise | $75 | $90 | Quoted per plan |
Zoho advertises yearly billing as saving up to 16%. The arithmetic is $60 a year per recruiter on Standard, $120 on Enterprise and $180 on the agency Enterprise plan. Prices exclude sales tax, which Zoho adds on top.
What Zoho Recruit costs for a real team
Because Zoho charges per recruiter, the bill depends on how many people log in to recruit, not on company size. Three recruiters on Standard cost $900 a year billed yearly; ten on Enterprise cost $6,000.
| Recruiters | Standard, yearly | Enterprise, yearly | Agency Enterprise, yearly | Active job capacity on Standard |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $300 | $600 | $900 | 10 |
| 3 | $900 | $1,800 | $2,700 | 30 |
| 5 | $1,500 | $3,000 | $4,500 | 50 |
| 10 | $3,000 | $6,000 | $9,000 | 100 |
The job capacity column is the hidden constraint. Each recruiter license carries 10 active jobs on Standard and 20 on Enterprise, so a lean team that keeps many roles open can hit the cap before it needs another person. Zoho's FAQ says extra job openings can be bought inside the app, so ask for that price before you add a seat just to unlock job slots.
Zoho Recruit add-ons and the costs outside the plan
The plan price covers recruiters only. Hiring managers who review candidates need employee licenses, sold in packs of 10 at $8.34 a month billed yearly, and video interviews cost $12 per job opening.
| Add-on | Price on Zoho's page | Who needs it |
|---|---|---|
| Employee licenses for hiring managers and referrals | $8.34 a month billed yearly, packs of 10 only | Any company where managers review or rate candidates |
| Vendor portal | $6 a month billed yearly | Teams that send requisitions to outside recruiters |
| Video interviews | $12 per job opening | One-way or live video screens without a separate tool |
| Premium support and data migration | Priced separately | Teams moving from another ATS |
Add-ons are not available on the free plan. Take a 40-person company with two recruiters, eight hiring managers and twelve roles a year that use video screens. On Enterprise billed yearly that is $1,200 for seats, about $100 for one pack of employee licenses and $144 for video interviews, roughly $1,444 a year before tax.
Zoho Recruit Standard vs Enterprise
Standard is the full applicant tracker. Enterprise adds AI candidate matching, automation and the controls a company needs once several teams hire at once.
- Standard includes candidate sourcing, resume management, premium job boards, a branded careers site, employee referrals, social recruiting, assessments, standard reports and dashboards, and more than 50 integrations.
- Enterprise adds AI candidate matching, candidate and staffing portals, Blueprint process rules, recruitment automation, territory management, custom reports, SMS and phone bridge, auto responders, field-level security, and Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integrations.
Enterprise doubles the price per seat. It pays for itself when auto responders and automation replace manual status emails, which matters most on remote roles because they draw more applicants per opening. Our figures on how many applicants a job posting gets help you estimate that volume.
Zoho Recruit vs JazzHR, Workable and Ashby pricing
For a small team, Zoho Recruit is the cheapest paid ATS with a published price. Two recruiters on Standard cost $600 a year, against $3,480 for JazzHR Plus, $3,588 for Workable Standard and $4,320 for Ashby Foundations at 11 to 25 employees, all billed yearly.
The gap narrows as the recruiting team grows, because JazzHR charges one price per plan whatever the number of users. Zoho Standard passes JazzHR Plus at 12 recruiters, and Zoho Enterprise passes JazzHR Pro at 10. Our JazzHR pricing page has the current plan prices, which rose in 2026 and differ from what most guides quote. Breezy HR pricing works the same way, one flat price with unlimited users, and Breezy Startup at $157 a month becomes cheaper than Zoho Standard at seven recruiters. If you want to stay per seat but pay less per seat, Manatal pricing starts at $15 per user a month billed yearly, with hiring managers free. Workable and Ashby price on company headcount instead; see Workable pricing and Ashby pricing for every band.
Agencies have fewer options. JazzHR's published prices exclude staffing and recruiting agencies, while Zoho publishes its staffing edition prices, which makes it one of the few agency systems you can price without a sales call.
Zoho Recruit pricing for staffing agencies
A four-recruiter US agency pays $1,200 a year on the staffing Standard plan, $2,400 on Professional and $3,600 on Enterprise, billed yearly. A vendor portal for outside recruiters adds $72 a year. Agency CRMs built only for recruiting firms cost several times more per seat: Recruiterflow pricing starts at $119 a user billed yearly and Loxo pricing at $149, in exchange for client sales sequences and deeper sourcing. The cheapest published agency CRM seat we have found is on Recruit CRM pricing, at $95 a user billed yearly with deal pipelines included.
The Professional tier is the one agencies end up comparing, because it sits between a basic tracker and the full automation layer at $50 per recruiter a month billed yearly. Monthly billing on the same four seats costs $2,880 on Professional and $4,320 on Enterprise, so an agency that is still testing the fit pays $480 to $720 a year for the option to leave.
Agency growth also changes the math faster than in-house hiring. Each new recruiter is a new seat, so a desk that grows from four to eight recruiters doubles the bill even if the number of client roles stays flat. Ask Zoho whether the per-seat price drops at your next headcount before you sign a yearly term.
Is Zoho Recruit worth it?
Zoho Recruit is worth it for a US company or agency with one to ten recruiters that wants a low published price, especially if it already runs Zoho CRM, Zoho People or Zoho Books. It is weaker where per-seat pricing hurts: a company where many people recruit part-time pays for each of them, and hiring managers need their own license packs.
For a staffing agency, the ATS is only part of the cost of running placements. Billing clients and collecting on those invoices is a second job that eats recruiter time, and accounts receivable automation that chases unpaid client invoices handles it outside the ATS. Budget both before comparing Zoho against an all-in-one agency system.
How to get a lower Zoho Recruit bill
- Run the 15-day trial on Enterprise, then decide. The trial includes every Enterprise feature. If you never used the automation, buy Standard.
- Pay yearly once the tool fits. The 45-day money-back guarantee covers the first weeks of a paid plan, so the yearly saving costs little flexibility.
- License recruiters, not reviewers. Managers who only rate candidates belong on the cheaper employee license packs.
- Price extra job openings before extra seats. Buying job slots is usually cheaper than adding a recruiter only for capacity.
How to fill Zoho Recruit with remote applicants
Zoho Recruit organizes applicants and posts to job boards, but a fully-remote role needs readers who want remote work. A listing on our board is $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly.
Applicants arrive by email and in your employer dashboard with resume and links, ready to add to Zoho Recruit through its resume parser. Our Enterprise plan sends applicants into Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby automatically through their APIs. Compare all plans on our pricing page, or see what other boards charge on our remote job posting sites page.
