Crelate Pricing per User for Essentials, Business, Business Plus and Enterprise

Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.

Crelate costs $85 per user a month on Essentials, paid annually and limited to two users, and $119 per user a month on Business, billed annually or monthly. Business Plus and Enterprise are shown as custom on the pricing page, but the page's own structured data, the code search engines read, starts them at $149 and $299 per user a month billed annually. A Business seat therefore costs $1,428 a year, and a five-recruiter agency on Business pays $7,140. We read every figure on crelate.com/pricing on 9 October 2026.

How much does Crelate cost?

Crelate is an applicant tracking system and recruiting CRM built for staffing agencies, executive search and direct-hire firms, and it prices per user. Here is each plan with the visible price and the figure in the page's structured data side by side.

Crelate planPrice shown on the pagePrice in the page's structured dataPer user a yearBilling
Essentials$85 per user a month$85, 5-seat minimum$1,020Annual
Business$119 per user a month$119$1,428Annual or monthly
Business PlusCustomFrom $149 per user a monthFrom $1,788Annual
Enterprise (Platform)Custom, user or site licenseFrom $299 per user a monthFrom $3,588Annual

Most pricing guides in the results for this search list $85 and $119 and stop there, or give an unconfirmed estimate for Business Plus. The $149 and $299 floors are Crelate's own numbers, published in the page markup rather than on screen, so treat them as starting points for a quote and expect the final figure to depend on seats and modules.

Crelate Essentials and the two-user limit

Essentials is a two-person plan. The pricing page says it covers up to 2 users and 20,000 contacts, and Crelate describes it as the plan that "runs a two-person desk". At $85 a user, two recruiters pay $2,040 a year.

There is one contradiction worth clearing up before you sign. The structured data on the same page describes Essentials as billed annually with a 5-seat minimum, which cannot both be true alongside a two-user cap. The visible copy is what Crelate shows buyers, so it is the likelier rule, but ask for the seat terms in writing. The bigger point is planning: the day you hire a third recruiter, you move to Business, and two existing seats then cost $816 a year more on top of the new one.

Crelate Business vs Business Plus vs Enterprise

Business Plus costs at least $30 more per user a month than Business, $360 a year a seat, and the money buys higher limits and controls rather than new core features. Single sign-on is Enterprise only. Crelate itself notes that only 24 of the 58 lines in its plan table change between plans.

Every plan includes the full ATS, client contact management, the recruitment CRM, Boolean search, 2,500 bulk emails a month, EEO, VEVRAA and OFCCP compliance reporting, and free distribution to job boards of 50 posts per user. For most agencies under ten recruiters, the upgrade question comes down to two rows: whether clients need branded portals with more than ten users, and whether you post sponsored jobs from inside Crelate.

What Crelate costs for a team of 1 to 10 recruiters

Three recruiters cost $4,284 a year on Business, five cost $7,140 and ten cost $14,280. On Business Plus at its $149 floor, the same teams cost $5,364, $8,940 and $17,880.

One permanent placement at a 20% fee on an $80,000 salary brings in $16,000, which covers a five-recruiter Business team for more than two years. Our recruiter fees page has the fee ranges US agencies charge, which is the number to hold the software bill against.

Crelate add-ons and costs outside the seat price

The per-user price covers the platform. Text messaging, email campaigns, eSignature and contact data enrichment carry an additional fee on every plan, onboarding is priced per hire, and back office integrations are priced on volume.

  • Crelate Hire, the onboarding and compliance module, is priced per hire and adds onboarding checklists, state and local tax forms, WOTC integration, templates per client, job and location, and an employee portal. A contract staffing firm onboarding dozens of people a month should get the per-hire rate before comparing totals.
  • Crelate Data Sync Service connects to back office providers and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday and Dynamics, and is priced on volume and frequency.
  • Usage add-ons: text messaging, email campaigns, eSignature and native contact enrichment are each listed as an additional fee.
  • Nonprofit discount: qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations get discounted pricing on Business, Business Plus and Enterprise and on implementation, though job board postings are excluded.

Onboarding is also where a placed contractor's first week gets decided. If your clients expect safety or policy training before day one, a corporate training platform can assign and track it, so Crelate Hire only has to handle the paperwork.

Crelate vs Bullhorn, Recruiterflow, Recruit CRM and Loxo pricing

Crelate Essentials at $85 is the lowest published seat among the agency CRMs we have priced, but it stops at two users. For a team of three or more, Crelate Business at $119 matches Recruiterflow's yearly price and sits between Recruit CRM Pro and Business.

Published price, per user a monthPriceFive recruiters, per yearMonthly billing
Crelate Essentials (up to 2 users)$85Not availableNo, annual
Recruit CRM Pro, billed yearly$95$5,700Yes, $109
Bullhorn Starter$99$5,940Term not published
Crelate Business$119$7,140Yes, same $119
Recruiterflow Platform, billed yearly$119$7,140Yes, $149
Recruit CRM Business, billed yearly$135$8,100Yes, $159
Loxo Core, paid up front$149$8,940No, annual
Bullhorn Core$165$9,900Term not published

The monthly column is where Crelate stands out. Recruiterflow charges $149 a month if you will not commit to a year, so the same five-person team costs $8,940 instead of $7,140, while Crelate lists Business at $119 either way. For an agency whose headcount moves with client demand, that flexibility is worth real money. On the other side, Recruit CRM pricing starts lower for a three-to-five person team, Bullhorn pricing covers the firm that expects to add contractors and back office, and our Recruiterflow pricing and Loxo pricing pages complete the set.

Is Crelate worth it for a small recruiting agency?

For a two to ten recruiter agency that wants a full ATS and CRM with client portals, monthly billing and EEO compliance reporting at $119 a seat, Crelate is one of the better-value published prices in this category. It is a weaker fit for a solo recruiter who will hire soon, because Essentials stops at two users, and for a firm that needs SSO, which is Enterprise only.

The free trial is the right test. Crelate says you can load a sample of your own data, so run one live search through it, from intake to submittal, and count how many steps your recruiters actually save.

How to get remote applicants into Crelate

Crelate pushes your openings to free job boards, 50 posts per user, and sponsored postings start on Business Plus. For fully-remote client roles, a listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly, reaches people who only want remote work, and shows the salary range at the top. Every applicant arrives by email and in your employer dashboard with the resume, ready to parse into the matching Crelate job. Agencies filling several client roles at once usually choose a multi-slot plan; the options are on our pricing page.
