Loxo Pricing per User for Core, Professional and Enterprise
Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.
Loxo costs $149 per user a month on Core and $199 per user a month on Professional, both billed yearly and paid up front. Enterprise is sold on a custom annual agreement. A Core seat therefore costs $1,788 at signing and a Professional seat $2,388. We read these prices on loxo.co/pricing on 7 October 2026, and they replace the free plan and the $169 Basic plan that many guides still quote.
How much does Loxo cost?
Loxo, the talent intelligence platform built for recruiting and executive search firms, prices every plan per user. The pricing page carries a note that both published prices are a new customer limited time offer, so expect the quote at renewal to be checked against whatever Loxo lists then.
| Loxo plan | Per user a month | Per user a year, paid up front | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $149 | $1,788 | The ATS and recruiting CRM with AI search, for firms that run their own sourcing |
| Professional | $199 | $2,388 | Everything in Core plus Loxo Source, the AI agents, contact data and API access |
| Enterprise | Custom annual agreement | Everything in Professional plus SSO, advanced permissions and a dedicated success team | |
Core includes unlimited jobs, candidates and companies, pipelines, reporting, email and calendar sync, the Chrome extension, natural-language AI search and MCP access to connect your own AI tools. Professional adds Loxo Source, a talent graph Loxo puts at more than 850 million professionals, the full set of AI agents, AI chat over your own database, contact information delivered with shortlists when available, API access and 2,500 credits per seat each month.
What happened to the Loxo free plan and the $169 Basic plan?
They are gone from the pricing page. Loxo now lists Core, Professional and Enterprise, plus a 7-day free trial of Professional with no credit card. Several pricing guides published in 2026 still describe four tiers: Free at $0 for one user, Basic at $169 per user a month, and quoted Professional and Enterprise plans. If you budgeted from one of those, two things change.
- There is no permanent free seat. A solo recruiter who planned to start on the free plan now has seven days, after which the cheapest option is Core at $1,788 a year.
- The entry price fell and Professional got a number. Core at $149 is $20 a user a month under the old $169 Basic, and Professional, which used to be quote-only, is now $199.
Loxo bills yearly, up front
Both published Loxo plans are annual and paid up front. There is no monthly price on the page. That is the line that matters most for a small agency's cash flow, because the whole year lands on one invoice.
| Recruiters | Core, due at signing | Professional, due at signing |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $1,788 | $2,388 |
| 3 | $5,364 | $7,164 |
| 5 | $8,940 | $11,940 |
| 10 | $17,880 | $23,880 |
A five-recruiter firm on Professional writes one check for $11,940. Compare that with tools that publish monthly billing: Recruiterflow pricing is $149 a user month to month or $119 billed yearly, so the same five seats cost $745 a month with no annual commitment. Some guides also report that Loxo renewals rise by about 5% a year, based on user reviews. Ask for a renewal cap in the order form before you sign.
Loxo credits and Boosts
Professional includes 2,500 credits per seat a month. Credits pool across the whole team, refresh in full every month and do not carry over. They measure the work Loxo's agents finish for you: screening, outreach and full searches, each logged in what Loxo calls the Agent Impact Center.
| Credit level | Credits per seat a month | Published price |
|---|---|---|
| Included with Professional | 2,500 | Included in $199 |
| Boost 2x | 5,000 | Priced by your account team |
| Boost 5x | 12,500 | Priced by your account team |
| Custom | Beyond 12,500 | Quote |
Two practical points. Because credits pool, you can Boost only your busiest desk and let the rest of the team draw on the shared balance. And because Boost prices are not published, the true per-seat cost of a heavy sourcing team is only known after a sales call. Ask for the Boost price in the same quote as the base seats, not after the first month runs short.
Loxo Core vs Professional
Professional costs $50 more per user a month, $600 a year, and the money buys sourcing: the talent graph, contact data, the agents and the API. If your recruiters already pay for a separate sourcing database or contact finder, Professional can replace it, and the $600 is easy to justify. If your desks work mostly from your own database and referrals, Core covers the job.
The API line deserves attention. Core lists MCP access for connecting AI tools but not the API, so an agency that wants to push placements into its own reporting or billing needs Professional. Recruiterflow includes API access on its $119 entry seat billed yearly.
Loxo vs Recruiterflow, Crelate and Recruit CRM pricing
On published prices billed yearly, Loxo Core at $149 a user costs more than Recruiterflow Platform and Crelate Business at $119, and more than Recruit CRM Business at $135. Loxo Professional at $199 is cheaper than Recruit CRM Enterprise at $215.
| Billed yearly | Per user a month | Five recruiters, per year | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM Pro | $95 | $5,700 | Yes |
| Recruiterflow Platform | $119 | $7,140 | Yes, $149 |
| Crelate Business | $119 | $7,140 | Yes |
| Recruit CRM Business | $135 | $8,100 | Yes |
| Loxo Core | $149 | $8,940 | No |
| Loxo Professional | $199 | $11,940 | No |
| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $215 | $12,900 | Yes |
The comparison is not quite like for like. Loxo Professional bundles a talent graph and contact data that the others either sell separately or keep on a higher, quoted tier. Recruit CRM Pro and Business include smaller credit pools of 100 and 200 a user, and our Recruit CRM pricing breakdown shows what extra credits cost. Bullhorn now publishes Starter at $99 and Core at $165 a user, with its sales pipeline on the quoted Pro plan; see Bullhorn pricing. If a lean in-house team only needs tracking, our Manatal pricing page covers a per-seat tool at $15 to $55 a user.
Migration and other costs
Loxo migrates data free for Core teams of three or more seats, with guided self-serve tools for smaller teams. Migrations for Professional and Enterprise, and anything complex, are scoped as fixed packages before you sign. SSO and SAML are included on Enterprise rather than sold as an add-on. Budget separately for sales tax where your state taxes SaaS, and for job board spend, which no recruiting CRM covers.
Loxo's outreach tools are built for candidates. Winning the client is a separate job, and many agencies run their business development on dedicated outbound sales automation so client prospecting does not compete with candidate sequences for the same inboxes. Before you set the fee for the searches you win, our recruiter fees guide shows what US agencies charge on contingency and retained work.
Is Loxo worth it?
For a US executive search or direct-hire firm with three or more recruiters who source heavily, Loxo Professional at $2,388 a seat a year can be cheaper than an ATS plus a separate sourcing database and contact tool. For a firm that mostly works its own network, Core at $1,788 costs more than comparable agency CRMs and asks for the whole year up front. Use the 7-day trial on a live search, and count how many credits one real search uses before you choose a Boost.
How to fill a Loxo pipeline with remote applicants
Loxo finds passive candidates. A posted role brings active ones. For fully-remote client roles, a listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly, shows the salary range, and sends every applicant to you by email and to your employer dashboard with resume and links, ready to add to the job in Loxo. Agencies posting several client roles at once can compare multi-slot plans on our pricing page, or see how the channels compare on our remote job posting sites page.
Quick answers
How much does Loxo cost per month?
Loxo costs $149 per user a month on Core and $199 per user a month on Professional, read on loxo.co/pricing in October 2026. Both are billed yearly and paid up front, so a seat costs $1,788 or $2,388 at signing. Enterprise is sold on a custom annual agreement.
Is Loxo free?
Not anymore. The current Loxo pricing page lists no free plan. It offers a 7-day free trial of the full Professional plan with no credit card, and after that you choose Core, Professional or Enterprise. Guides that list a free one-user plan are describing the old price list.
Can you pay for Loxo monthly?
Loxo publishes only annual plans, paid up front, for Core and Professional. There is no monthly price on the pricing page. If you need to pay month to month, Recruiterflow at $149 a user and Recruit CRM both publish monthly billing.
What are Loxo credits?
Credits meter the work Loxo's AI agents do, such as screening, outreach and full searches. Professional includes 2,500 credits per seat a month, pooled across the team and refreshed in full every month. Unused credits do not carry over. Boosts raise a seat to 5,000 or 12,500 credits at a price set by sales.
Does Loxo have an API?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. The Core plan lists MCP access for connecting your own AI tools, but API access appears only in the Professional plan at $199 per user a month. Recruiterflow includes its API on its $119 entry seat billed yearly.
Is Loxo cheaper than Recruiterflow?
No, on published prices. Loxo Core costs $149 per user a month billed yearly against $119 for Recruiterflow Platform billed yearly, so five recruiters pay $8,940 a year on Loxo Core and $7,140 on Recruiterflow. Loxo Professional includes a talent graph and contact data that Recruiterflow keeps on its quoted AIRA plan.
