Recruit CRM Pricing per User for Pro, Business and Enterprise

Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.

Recruit CRM costs $95 per user a month on Pro, $135 on Business and $215 on Enterprise when billed yearly, or $109, $159 and $259 per user a month when billed monthly. A Pro seat billed yearly therefore costs $1,140 a year and a Business seat $1,620. Every plan includes a pool of credits that pays for AI sourcing, contact data, job multiposting, texting and calling. We read these prices on recruitcrm.io/pricing on 8 October 2026, along with the price table in the page's own script.

How much does Recruit CRM cost?

Recruit CRM is an applicant tracking system and client CRM built for recruiting and staffing agencies, and it prices every plan per user. Jobs, candidates and contacts are unlimited on all three plans, so the bill moves only with the number of recruiters who log in.

Recruit CRM planBilled yearly, per user a monthBilled yearly, per user a yearBilled monthly, per user a monthBilled monthly, per user a year
Pro$95$1,140$109$1,308
Business$135$1,620$159$1,908
Enterprise$215$2,580$259$3,108

Most pricing guides in the top results for this search still quote older numbers: $100, $150 and $165 a month on one directory, $85 and $125 on another, $89 and $129 on a third. None of those match the current page. If a comparison you are reading puts Enterprise at $165, it is describing a plan that now costs $215 billed yearly.

Recruit CRM monthly vs annual billing

Paying yearly saves $14 per user a month on Pro, $24 on Business and $44 on Enterprise. In percentage terms that is 12.8%, 15.1% and 17.0%. The toggle on the pricing page says "save up to 17%", and the "up to" is doing real work: only Enterprise gets the full 17%. A Pro seat saves $168 a year on annual billing, not the $222 that a flat 17% would suggest.

The trade for a US agency is the usual one. Monthly billing lets you drop a seat the month a recruiter leaves or a client contract ends. If headcount has been stable for a year, take the annual price. If you are hiring your second or third recruiter and are not sure they will last, a few months on monthly billing costs a Pro team $14 a seat a month for the flexibility.

How Recruit CRM credits work

Each plan includes credits per user per month: 100 on Pro, 200 on Business and 2,000 on Enterprise. Credits are pooled across the whole account and spent on the features that cost Recruit CRM money to run. The pricing page values the included credits at $10, $20 and $200, which puts one credit at 10 cents. The page's own price script sets extra credits at 12.5 cents each, a quarter more than the included rate.

These features draw on the pool:

  • Job multiposting to 3,000+ job boards and channels, with applicants flowing back into the job.
  • Data enrichment for verified emails and phone numbers. Recruit CRM states there is no charge when nothing is found.
  • AI sourcing and matching across 800M+ external profiles.
  • Workflow automation across 1,000+ apps, built and managed by Recruit CRM.
  • Calling and texting, including dedicated US and UK numbers. Consumption varies by country.
  • LinkedIn messaging and project sync, WhatsApp messaging, the AI meeting notetaker and job change alerts.
  • Timesheets, charged per active contractor each month, and advanced analytics, which can be switched on and off monthly.

The practical point is that the seat price is the floor, not the bill. A desk that enriches contacts every day and posts to paid boards will run through 100 credits a user quickly, and every top-up costs 12.5 cents a credit. Ask the sales team for the credit cost of the two or three features you will use most before you pick a plan.

Recruit CRM Pro vs Business vs Enterprise

Business costs $40 more per user a month than Pro on yearly billing and adds the API, the resume formatting agent, executive search reports and a second mailbox per user. Enterprise costs $80 more than Business and adds a tenfold credit pool, a named account manager and Recruit Craft at no extra charge.

Two numbers decide most upgrades. From Pro to Business, the API is the usual reason: an agency that wants to push placements into its own reporting or billing system needs Business. From Business to Enterprise, look at credits. Enterprise adds 1,800 credits a user a month for $80 more. Bought as top-ups at 12.5 cents, those credits would cost $225. A team that already tops up every month gets more in credits than the price difference, before counting Recruit Craft and the account manager. A team that barely touches credit features should stay on Business.

What Recruit CRM costs for a team of 1 to 10 recruiters

Three recruiters cost $3,420 a year on Pro billed yearly, five cost $5,700 and ten cost $11,400. On Business the same teams cost $4,860, $8,100 and $16,200.

1$1,140$1,620$2,580$1,308
3$3,420$4,860$7,740$3,924
5$5,700$8,100$12,900$6,540
10$11,400$16,200$25,800$13,080

Add credit top-ups and any Recruit Craft site on Pro or Business on top. One permanent placement at a 20% fee on a $75,000 salary brings in $15,000, which pays for a five-recruiter team on Pro for more than two and a half years. Our recruiter fees page has the fee ranges US agencies charge.

Recruit CRM vs Bullhorn, Recruiterflow and Loxo pricing

Recruit CRM Pro at $95 a user billed yearly is the lowest published entry price among the agency CRMs we have priced, and unlike Bullhorn Starter at $99 it includes the client deal pipeline.

Published price, per user a monthPriceFive recruiters, per yearMonthly billing
Recruit CRM Pro, billed yearly$95$5,700Yes, $109
Bullhorn Starter$99$5,940Term not published
Recruiterflow Platform, billed yearly$119$7,140Yes, $149
Recruit CRM Business, billed yearly$135$8,100Yes, $159
Loxo Core$149$8,940No, annual and paid up front
Bullhorn Core$165$9,900Term not published
Recruit CRM Enterprise, billed yearly$215$12,900Yes, $259

The cheap entry seat comes with two catches. API access starts on Business, while Recruiterflow pricing includes the API on its $119 seat. And the credit pool is small on Pro, while Loxo bundles 2,500 credits a seat on Professional, as our Loxo pricing breakdown shows. On the other side, Bullhorn keeps its sales pipeline on a quoted plan, so an agency whose recruiters sell will usually pay less on Recruit CRM for the same job; the plan-by-plan detail is on our Bullhorn pricing page.

Calling is the other line to price carefully. Recruit CRM charges calls and texts to the credit pool, and consumption varies by country. A desk that spends its mornings on client development calls may get more from a dedicated AI cold calling tool than from topping up CRM credits.

Recruit CRM free trial, onboarding and support

Recruit CRM offers a 30-day free trial on Pro and Business, and Enterprise starts with a demo. Support and account managers are included in the subscription at no charge. Data migration and other custom setup work may carry a fee, and Recruit CRM says it explains any applicable cost before you commit, so get that figure in writing alongside the seat price. You can change plans later as your team or needs change.

Three questions are worth asking during the trial: how many credits your normal week of multiposting and enrichment uses, whether your existing job board accounts can be connected so posts do not draw on credits, and what a second mailbox or the API would cost you on Pro in real terms, which is the price of moving to Business.

How to fill a Recruit CRM pipeline with remote applicants

Multiposting from Recruit CRM spends credits each time, and general boards send a mix of local and remote applicants. For fully-remote client roles, a listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly, with no credits and no per-applicant charge. It shows the salary range and sends every applicant to you by email and to your employer dashboard with resume and links, ready to parse into the job in Recruit CRM. Agencies posting several client roles can compare multi-slot plans on our pricing page, or see how the channels compare on our remote job posting sites page.
