Recruiterflow Pricing per User for the Platform and AIRA Plans
Recruiterflow costs $119 per user a month on its Platform plan when billed yearly, or $149 per user a month when billed monthly. That is $1,428 or $1,788 per recruiter a year. The AIRA plan, which adds Recruiterflow's AI agents, a phone and email finder and custom BI dashboards, is sold by quote. Recruiterflow says it sells no add-ons on top of either plan; paid white-glove data migration is the one extra. We read these figures on recruiterflow.com/pricing on 7 October 2026.
Recruiterflow is an applicant tracking system and recruiting CRM built for search firms and staffing agencies, so it is priced the way agencies buy software: per recruiter seat, with jobs, candidates, contacts and companies unlimited on every plan.
Most pricing guides quote one number, $149. That is the monthly price. Recruiterflow's pricing page opens on the annual tab, and its own script sets the annual price to $119, a 20% cut that a lot of comparisons miss. This page has both, the team totals for one to ten recruiters, and how Recruiterflow lines up against Loxo, Crelate, Recruit CRM and Bullhorn.

How much does Recruiterflow cost?
Recruiterflow costs $1,428 per user a year on the Platform plan billed yearly, or $1,788 per user a year billed monthly. The AIRA plan is quoted. The pricing page shows the price per user per month in US dollars, euros and pounds, and the toggle at the top switches between monthly and annual billing.
| Recruiterflow plan | Billed yearly, per user a month | Billed yearly, per user a year | Billed monthly, per user a month | Billed monthly, per user a year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Platform | $119 | $1,428 | $149 | $1,788 |
| AIRA | Custom pricing, sold after a demo | |||
Why do so many guides quote only $149? The page's HTML prints $149 under both tabs, and a small script swaps in $119 on the annual tab when the page loads in a browser. Anything that reads the raw page sees $149 twice. Recruiterflow's own structured data, the block search engines read, says pricing starts at $119 per user per month, and still calls the plan Advanced, its earlier name.
Every seat on the Platform plan includes unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies, so the only number that moves the bill is how many recruiters log in.
Recruiterflow monthly vs annual billing
Paying yearly saves $30 per user a month, or $360 per recruiter a year, which is a 20.1% discount in US dollars. Some guides say Recruiterflow saves up to 23% on annual billing. That figure comes from the British pound prices, £115 monthly against £89 annually, a 22.6% cut. In dollars and euros the cut is $149 or €149 down to $119 or €119.
| Currency | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Discount |
|---|---|---|---|
| US dollar | $149 | $119 | 20.1% |
| Euro | €149 | €119 | 20.1% |
| British pound | £115 | £89 | 22.6% |
For a US agency the trade is simple. Monthly billing costs $360 more per seat a year and lets you drop a seat when a recruiter leaves or a client contract ends. If your headcount has been stable for a year, annual billing is the better deal. If you are about to hire your second or third recruiter and are not sure they will stay, a quarter on monthly billing is cheap insurance.
Recruiterflow Platform vs AIRA plan
Both plans include the full ATS and CRM. AIRA adds Recruiterflow's AI agents, a phone and email finder, LinkedIn in the communication sync and custom BI dashboards. Recruiterflow says every current and future AIRA agent is included in the AIRA plan at no extra charge, and multi-year AIRA customers get new AI capabilities for the length of the contract.
| What you get | Platform, $119 a user | AIRA, quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Unlimited jobs, candidates, contacts and companies | Yes | Yes |
| ATS and CRM, LinkedIn imports, Chrome sourcing, branded careers page | Yes | Yes |
| Multichannel sequences, recruitment and sales automation | Yes | Yes |
| Client and team access control | Yes | Yes |
| Reports and API access | Yes | Yes |
| Email, calls and text in one place | Yes | Yes, plus LinkedIn |
| AIRA Notetaker, Matchmaker, Job Change Alerts | No | Yes |
| Field Updates, Submission and Task agents | No | Yes |
| Phone and email finder | No | Yes |
| Custom BI dashboards | No | Yes |
API access on the published plan is worth noticing. Loxo lists its API on Professional at $199 a user and Breezy keeps it off every self-serve plan, so a small agency that wants to push placements into its own reporting gets that on Recruiterflow's entry seat.
Should you ask for an AIRA quote? If your recruiters spend hours writing call notes and client submissions, or you pay separately for a contact data tool, yes. Bring the cost of whatever AIRA would replace to the demo so you can judge the quote against something real.
What Recruiterflow costs for a team of 1 to 10 recruiters
Three recruiters cost $4,284 a year on the Platform plan billed yearly, five cost $7,140 and ten cost $14,280. The bill rises in a straight line with seats, so these are simple multiples, but they are the numbers that end up in a budget.
| Recruiters | Billed yearly, per year | Billed monthly, per year | Three years, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $1,428 | $1,788 | $4,284 |
| 3 | $4,284 | $5,364 | $12,852 |
| 5 | $7,140 | $8,940 | $21,420 |
| 10 | $14,280 | $17,880 | $42,840 |
A useful way to read this: at a 20% contingency fee on a $90,000 salary, one placement brings in $18,000, which covers a five-recruiter team on Recruiterflow for more than two years. Our recruiter fees page has the fee ranges US agencies actually charge.
Recruiterflow add-ons and other costs
Recruiterflow states that it sells no add-ons: every current and future feature is included in the plan you pick. The one extra is white-glove data migration, priced by data volume. Self-serve migration through the Excel or CSV import tool is free.
- Migration. The paid white-glove service moves and maps your whole database and typically takes six to eight weeks, according to Recruiterflow. A migration fee waiver can be discussed on multi-year contracts, so ask before you sign rather than after.
- Contact data. The phone and email finder sits on AIRA, not Platform. On the Platform plan, budget for a separate contact data tool if your recruiters source cold.
- Sales tax. Several US states tax SaaS subscriptions. Check your own state before you compare list prices to the dollar.
- Job board spend. A recruiting CRM does not pay for job ads. Sponsored posts on the big boards are billed separately, often per click or per applicant.
Recruiterflow vs Loxo, Crelate and Recruit CRM pricing
Billed yearly, Recruiterflow at $119 a user matches Crelate Business exactly, costs $30 a user less than Loxo Core and sits $16 under Recruit CRM Business. Recruit CRM Pro at $95 is the cheapest published agency CRM seat in this group, and Crelate Essentials at $85 is capped at two users.
| Billed yearly, per user a month | Price | Five recruiters, per year | Monthly billing offered |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM Pro | $95 | $5,700 | Yes |
| Recruiterflow Platform | $119 | $7,140 | Yes, at $149 |
| Crelate Business | $119 | $7,140 | Yes |
| Recruit CRM Business | $135 | $8,100 | Yes |
| Loxo Core | $149 | $8,940 | No, annual and paid up front |
| Loxo Professional | $199 | $11,940 | No, annual and paid up front |
| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $215 | $12,900 | Yes |
One detail stands out. Recruiterflow's monthly price and Loxo Core's annual price are the same $149, but only Recruiterflow lets you pay it month to month. For an agency that is not ready to commit a year of cash up front, that flexibility is worth more than the list price suggests. Our Loxo pricing breakdown covers Loxo's credits and Boosts in detail.
Bullhorn, the incumbent with the biggest staffing customers, now publishes two prices for small agencies: Starter at $99 and Core at $165 per user a month. Its sales pipeline starts on the quoted Pro plan, though, so compare like for like; our Bullhorn pricing page has the plan-by-plan detail. If the team is small and only needs tracking and automation, our Manatal pricing page shows a per-seat tool at $15 to $55.
Is Recruiterflow worth it for a small recruiting agency?
For a US search firm with two to ten recruiters that wants the ATS, the client CRM, outreach sequences and API access under one seat price, Recruiterflow Platform at $119 a user is mid-priced and complete. It is not the cheapest seat, and it is not trying to be.
It is a weaker fit in three cases. A solo recruiter who only tracks candidates will pay less on Recruit CRM Pro or Manatal. A firm whose recruiters live on sourcing data may get more from Loxo Professional, where a talent graph and pooled credits come with the seat. And a staffing firm running contractors, timesheets and payroll will usually end up talking to Bullhorn. If none of those describe you, the Recruiterflow demo is worth an hour, and ask for the annual price in writing.
How to get remote applicants into Recruiterflow
Recruiterflow gives your client roles a branded careers page, but a fully-remote role draws more relevant applicants from an audience that only wants remote work. A listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly.
Every application arrives by email and in your employer dashboard with the resume and links, ready to add to the matching job in Recruiterflow. Agencies filling several client roles at once usually move to a multi-slot plan; the options are on our pricing page. Each listing shows the salary range, which the pay transparency rules in several states already require. Our remote job posting sites page compares this board with the other channels agencies use.
