Hireology Pricing and How Much Hireology Costs per Location, per Year and per Hire

Hireology does not publish prices. Its packages page lists two plans, Core and Perform, with a Get Started or Book a Demo button and no dollar amounts. The figure buyers repeat is $249 a month at entry, with a fuller tier at $399 to $499, but the sources disagree on the unit: Spendflo lists $249 a month for the account, while Noon AI reports $249 per location per month from buyers. For one location the two readings match at $2,988 a year. For 10 locations they are $2,988 against $29,880, so ask which unit your quote uses before you compare it with anything. We read every figure on 20 October 2026.

Hireology is an applicant tracking and hiring platform built for multi-location operators: car dealer groups, home services companies, healthcare practices and franchise networks that hire service advisors, technicians, front desk staff and nurses at many sites at once. It posts each opening to job boards, gives every location its own branded career page, texts candidates, schedules interviews and rolls everything up into one dashboard for the group.

What it does not do is show a price. Hireology's packages page names two plans and stops there, so every number on the internet comes from a third party, and the third parties do not agree on what the number counts. This page sets the published plan contents beside the reported figures, says what each figure measures, and works out what Hireology costs by location count, per year and per hire, plus the Indeed spend that sits on top of it.

How much does Hireology cost?

Hireology costs about $249 a month at entry and $399 to $499 a month for the fuller package, according to third-party pricing research, but Hireology itself publishes no prices. Every quote is built by sales from your location count, hiring volume, the plan and the add-ons you pick, so treat the public figures as a starting bracket rather than a list price.

The live packages page, which we read on 20 October 2026, shows two plans. Core is described as "built for multi-location operators ready to upgrade to a purpose-built hiring platform" and carries a Get Started button. Perform adds the AI features and carries Book a Demo. Neither shows a dollar amount. Six add-ons sit below them (AI Interview, Enhanced Onboarding, Background Screening, Skills Testing, Reference Checks and Payroll and HR), each behind a Get Quote button.

One older detail still circulates: several pricing sites list plans called Essentials, Professional and All-in-One at $249, $499 and custom. Those names are not on Hireology's page today. The figures may still be close to what buyers pay, but you cannot map them to Core and Perform one for one, so do not open a negotiation by quoting a plan that no longer exists.

Is Hireology priced per location?

Buyer reports say yes, and that single question changes the bill more than any plan choice. Noon AI reports Hireology at roughly $249 per location per month for the entry package and $399 per location for the fuller one, with volume discounts from about 20 locations. Spendflo lists the same $249 as a monthly price for the account, with no location multiplier.

Both readings can be true for different buyers, because Hireology sells to single stores and to 50-site groups. What the page itself tells you is that Core includes unlimited jobs, unlimited users and an unlimited location hierarchy, so you are not paying per seat. That leaves locations, hiring volume or a flat platform fee as the meters. Ask the rep to write the unit on the quote in plain words, for example "per rooftop per month", before you compare it with an ATS priced by headcount.

Hireology cost by number of locations

At $249 per location per month, Hireology costs $2,988 a year for one location, $14,940 for five, $29,880 for ten and $149,400 for fifty. At the flat reading the account stays at $2,988 a year whatever the count, which is why the two sources look like they are describing different products once you pass two or three sites.

25$2,988$74,700$119,70025x
50$2,988$149,400$239,40050x

Annual figures, before any volume discount, add-ons or job board spend. The gap column compares the two $249 readings. A 20-plus location group should expect a discount off the per-location column, and Noon AI says those discounts exist without giving a rate.

What Hireology costs per hire

A 10-location group that hires four people per location a year pays about $747 per hire at $249 per location, and about $1,197 per hire at $399. A five-location business hiring six people per site lands at $498 to $798 per hire. Those numbers cover the software only, before Indeed sponsorship, background checks or the recruiter's time.

Per hire is the fairest way to compare a Hireology quote with a cheaper flat-price ATS, because a dealer group that churns technicians and porters can spread the fee across dozens of hires a year, while a group that hires twice a year per store pays a lot for each one. If your quote divides out above about $1,000 per hire, use the comparison table above to price the alternative before renewal.

What Hireology add-ons cost

Every Hireology add-on is quote only, and the one with a published usage fee is AI Interview: Workstream reports a $3 per interview overage above plan-specific monthly caps. AI Interview, the 24/7 voice screen with scored transcripts, is available only to customers on the Perform plan, so choosing it moves you up a plan as well as adding a line.

The other add-ons are Enhanced Onboarding (document collection, templates and dual signatures), Background Screening through Accurate Background, Skills Testing, Reference Checks through SkillSurvey, and Payroll and HR through Netchex. Hireology's FAQ says Enhanced Offer Letters come free with Enhanced Onboarding for purchases made before 31 December 2026. Background checks are normally billed per check on top of the subscription, so budget them by expected hires rather than as a flat fee.

Does Hireology include Indeed sponsored jobs?

No. Hireology sends your jobs to Indeed and lets you sponsor them from inside the platform, but the sponsorship is Indeed spend billed on top of the Hireology subscription. Hireology is an Indeed Gold ATS Partner with an XML feed and a Sponsored Jobs integration, which is convenient and is not the same as included reach.

This matters more in 2026 than it used to. Indeed's single-source feed policy, effective 31 March 2026, makes jobs that arrive from an ATS with an Indeed integration visible only when they are sponsored. The free organic exposure an ATS feed used to get on Indeed, and on Glassdoor, which inherits Indeed listings, is gone for those jobs. Indeed's self-serve minimum is $5 a day ($150 a month) per job, and several third parties report an effective $25 a day per role for campaign and ATS-fed posting, which Indeed's own pages do not confirm. At ten open roles that is $1,500 to $7,500 a month next to the Hireology fee. Our Indeed job posting cost page has the full breakdown.

Is Hireology worth it?

Hireology is worth it for a multi-location operator that hires hourly and skilled-trade staff at several sites every month and needs one dashboard over every store. The location hierarchy, texting, per-store career pages and the dealer and healthcare experience are the reasons buyers stay, and they are hard to rebuild with a general ATS.

It is a weaker buy for a single location, for corporate or remote office hiring, or for a group that fills a few roles a year per site. A single store pays about $2,988 a year either way, which is close to Workable Standard and well above JazzHR Hero at $1,000. A group that mostly hires remote office staff (a central BDC, schedulers, billing, recruiting coordinators) is paying for location tooling those roles do not use. If you are comparing it with posting on Indeed alone, our Hireology vs Indeed pricing breakdown runs both at one, five and ten locations. At hundreds of sites and thousands of hires a year, the enterprise option is Paradox, and our Paradox AI pricing page shows how far its per-hire cost falls at that volume.

How to fill the remote roles Hireology was not built for

Post the remote seats where remote candidates search and keep Hireology for the stores. A dealer group's central business development center, a home services company's dispatch and scheduling desk, or a healthcare network's billing team can sit anywhere in the US, and those candidates read remote-only boards rather than the career page of a store in another state.

A listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live remote role, or $99 a month billed yearly, bought on the site with no sales call. Applications come to you directly, so you can add the candidates you want to Hireology by hand. Our Enterprise plan pushes candidates automatically into Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, not into Hireology, so for Hireology the handoff is manual. If you are still choosing a system, compare JazzHR pricing for a single site and Workday Recruiting pricing if the group is already on Workday HCM.

Questions buyers ask about Hireology pricing

How much does Hireology cost per month?
Third-party research puts Hireology at about $249 a month for the entry package and $399 to $499 for the fuller one. Hireology publishes no prices, and sources disagree on whether $249 is per account or per location. At one location both readings give $2,988 a year; at ten locations the per-location reading is $29,880.
Does Hireology publish its pricing?
No. Hireology's packages page, read on 20 October 2026, lists two plans, Core and Perform, with Get Started and Book a Demo buttons and no dollar amounts. All six add-ons are behind Get Quote buttons. Every public figure comes from pricing sites and buyer reports.
What is the difference between Hireology Core and Perform?
Core covers multi-location hiring: branded career sites, unlimited jobs, users and location hierarchy, job distribution, interview scheduling, bulk text and email, reports and HRIS integrations. Perform adds AI Candidate Summary, AI Match, a Trust Center with fairness reporting and AI sourcing, and it is the only plan that can buy the AI Interview add-on.
Is Hireology good for small businesses?
It works for a small business with several locations. For a single location it is expensive next to flat-price tools: about $2,988 a year at the entry figure, against $1,000 a year for JazzHR Hero or $1,884 a year for Breezy Startup billed yearly.
Does Hireology post to Indeed for free?
Hireology sends jobs to Indeed through its feed, but since Indeed's single-source feed policy took effect on 31 March 2026, jobs arriving from an integrated ATS are visible only when sponsored. Sponsorship is Indeed spend billed on top of Hireology, from $5 a day per job.
Does Hireology have a contract?
Hireology sells on a quoted term, and its own FAQ refers to a customer's term without stating the length. Ask for the term, the renewal increase cap and the notice date in writing, and get each add-on priced as its own line so you can drop it at renewal.
