Enterprise Hiring Plan for Talent Teams Filling 50 or More Remote Roles a Year
Everything in Scale, plus the parts a hiring team and a procurement department need: seats with roles for the people who post and screen, the API and your ATS on the same pipeline, annual invoicing against a purchase order on yearly billing, and the paperwork your legal team asks for before signature.
What Enterprise adds
- Role-based seats
- Owner, Admin, Recruiter and Viewer. Each seat signs in on its own address with a code, so a recruiter posts roles and reads applicants without touching billing. Taking a seat off is one click and nothing about the person is deleted.
- SSO and SAML
- SAML 2.0 against your own identity provider. You paste in the sign-in URL, the issuer and the signing certificate, we hand back our metadata and reply URL, and your team signs in with their company account. Turn on "require it" and the emailed code stops working for your seats.
- API
- Keys with scopes for reading roles, publishing roles and reading applicants. Same rules as the panel: your listing pool, your applicants, nothing else. Docs and an example call are on your plan page.
- ATS integration
- Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Every applicant is created in your system under your own credentials, and if one does not make it we email you the reason rather than going quiet.
- Priority support
- Messages from an Enterprise account go to the front of the queue, ahead of the standard plans, and are answered by the person who knows your account.
- Security review and DPA
- The data processing agreement is signed and countersigned on the account, and the security overview answers what procurement asks: where data sits, who processes it, how access works.
How the price works
Enterprise is priced per seat: $298 per seat a month, or $149 per seat a month billed yearly ($1,788 per seat for twelve months, half the monthly price), from 10 seats. At 10 seats that is $2,980 a month, or $17,880 a year. Unlimited live roles are included, so the number of seats is the only thing that moves the total.
Pay by card and the plan opens as soon as the payment clears. On yearly billing your team can take an invoice instead, with net 14 terms and your PO number on the document; the account opens when the invoice clears. Hiring for two or three roles instead? Growth and Scale are the plans for that.
