These terms govern your use of latestremote.com, operated by Latestremote ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Latestremote is a curated job board for fully-remote roles. Job seekers can browse listings, save alerts, and apply to employers. Employers can submit listings, which run subject to our editorial rules: fully-remote roles only, a salary range on every listing, a maximum 30-day listing term, and verification of first-time employers.

Accounts

You must provide a real email address that you control. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, spam, misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent our review processes.

Job listings and applications

Listings are supplied by employers. We review each one and verify employers against our remote-first criteria, but we are a job board, not a party to any employment relationship: hiring decisions, compensation, and contracts are strictly between you and the employer. Salary figures on listings are ranges supplied by the employer, not guarantees of any offer.

Employer terms

Paid placements (Single Post, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are invoiced in USD at the published or agreed prices. Listings that fail review, including missing salary ranges or roles that are not fully remote, will not run; where a listing cannot run for these reasons, fees for that listing are not charged or are credited. Listings pulled early by the employer remain payable. Plan slots free up as listings close.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, harvesting, or republishing of listings or company data without written permission.
• No fraudulent, discriminatory, commission-only-disguised-as-salaried, or fee-charging "opportunities".
• No attempts to contact seekers outside the application flow they chose.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and its editorial content belong to us or our licensors. Employers keep the rights to their listing content and grant us a license to display it on the board and in alert emails.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep listings fresh, verified and accurate, but we do not warrant any outcome of an application or hire. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
