JazzHR Pricing and JazzHR Cost per Month and per Year for Hero, Plus and Pro
JazzHR costs $110 a month for Hero, $350 a month for Plus and $549 a month for Pro when billed monthly. Paying yearly brings the plans to $1,000, $3,480 and $5,508 a year, which works out to $83, $290 and $459 a month. Those are the prices in the plan selector on jazzhr.com/pricing, read on 5 October 2026, and they are higher than the $75, $269 and $420 most JazzHR pricing guides still quote. The standard prices do not apply to companies over 250 employees, staffing or recruiting agencies, franchises or multi-location businesses, which are quoted. JazzHR organizes applicants but does not create them: a remote listing on our board is $199 a month for one live role.
JazzHR is the applicant tracking system a lot of small US companies buy first, mostly because it is one of the few that sells online at a published price, with a checkout button instead of a demo form. It belongs to Employ Inc., the same company that owns Lever and Jobvite, and it is the cheapest of the three.
The prices on its pricing page changed in 2026, and the guides that rank for JazzHR pricing have not caught up. We read the plan selector itself, including the monthly figures that only appear after you click the Monthly toggle, and laid out what each plan includes, who the standard prices exclude and what three years cost. One disclosure first: we do not sell an ATS. We run a remote job board, so we have no reason to steer you toward or away from JazzHR, only an interest in what fills it.

| Zoho Recruit | Per recruiter seat, Standard and Enterprise for in-house teams | Standard $25 per recruiter a month billed yearly, $30 monthly | Standard $600, Enterprise $1,200 | Teams with few recruiters who already use other Zoho apps |
| Workable | Published, by company headcount | Standard $299 a month billed yearly for 1 to 20 employees | Standard $3,588 | Companies that want sourcing and a larger job board reach in one product |
| Ashby | Five headcount bands up to 100 employees, quote above | $300 a month for 1 to 10 employees | Foundations $4,320 (11 to 25 band, billed yearly) | Startups that want ATS, CRM, scheduling and analytics in one product |

JazzHR, Workable, Ashby and Zoho Recruit prices were read on each company's own pricing page between 1 and 5 October 2026. Lever publishes no prices, so its figure is buyer-reported and labelled with the source.

How much does JazzHR cost?
JazzHR costs $1,000 a year for Hero, $3,480 for Plus and $5,508 for Pro when billed yearly, or $110, $350 and $549 a month when billed monthly. The yearly figures are printed on the plan cards at jazzhr.com/pricing. The monthly figures load only when you switch the toggle, and we read them in the page code on 5 October 2026.
| JazzHR plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Yearly price per month | Saving from paying yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hero | $110 a month ($1,320 a year) | $1,000 a year | $83 | $320, or 24.2% |
| Plus | $350 a month ($4,200 a year) | $3,480 a year | $290 | $720, or 17.1% |
| Pro | $549 a month ($6,588 a year) | $5,508 a year | $459 | $1,080, or 16.4% |
The page says paying yearly saves up to 24%, and the arithmetic shows that only Hero reaches it. On Plus and Pro the yearly discount is closer to 16 or 17%, so a team that is unsure it will keep the ATS past six months gives up less flexibility than the banner suggests by staying on monthly billing for a while.
Each plan has one price for the company. There is no per-user line on the pricing page, which is the main structural difference from Zoho Recruit, which charges per recruiter seat, and from Ashby and Workable, which price on company headcount.
JazzHR raised its prices in 2026
The JazzHR prices most guides quote, $75, $269 and $420 a month billed yearly and $99, $325 and $499 billed monthly, are lower than what the JazzHR pricing page charges today. Pin's JazzHR pricing guide, last updated in June 2026, still lists those figures, and several directories repeat them.
| Plan | Widely quoted, billed yearly | JazzHR page today, billed yearly | Widely quoted, billed monthly | JazzHR page today, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hero | $75 a month ($900 a year) | $1,000 a year | $99 | $110 |
| Plus | $269 a month ($3,228 a year) | $3,480 a year | $325 | $350 |
| Pro | $420 a month ($5,040 a year) | $5,508 a year | $499 | $549 |
The increase is 7.7 to 11.1% depending on the plan, and it is largest on Hero in both billing modes. For a budget it means $100 to $600 a year more than an older guide suggests. Budget from the vendor page, and if you renew an existing JazzHR plan, check whether your renewal moves to the current list price.
JazzHR Hero vs Plus vs Pro
JazzHR's own plan table lists 22 features. Hero includes 12 of them, Plus includes 20 with two more sold as add-ons, and Pro includes all 22. Every plan posts to free job boards, lets you buy premium listings, connects to LinkedIn Recruiter, parses resumes and keeps a searchable candidate database.
| Line on JazzHR's plan table | Hero | Plus | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Job postings | Starting at 3 a month | Up to 200 active jobs | Everything in Plus |
| Knockout questions | Not included | Included | Included |
| Bulk actions and workflow helpers | Not included | Included | Included |
| Recruiting calendar with Google Calendar and Outlook sync | Not included | Included | Included |
| Interview guides and candidate evaluation templates | Not included | Included | Included |
| Source and timing reports | Not included | Included | Included |
| Advanced visual reporting | Not included | Add-on | Included |
| Offers and eSignatures | Not included | Add-on | Included |
| Custom reports builder, workflow reports, All-Access Support | Not listed | Not listed | Listed on the Pro card |
Two lines decide the plan for most buyers. Knockout questions are missing on Hero, and a remote role without them means reading every application from every state and country by hand. The calendar sync is also Plus and up, so on Hero interview scheduling happens in email threads.
Plus to Pro costs $2,028 a year billed yearly. JazzHR does not print the price of the two Plus add-ons on its pricing page, so ask for both in writing before choosing. If the add-ons together cost more than that gap, Pro is the cheaper way to get offer letters with eSignature and the advanced reports.
Who JazzHR standard pricing does not apply to
JazzHR's published prices do not apply to staffing or recruiting agencies, HR service providers, franchises, multi-location businesses or organizations with over 250 employees. That condition is in the footnote under the plan cards, along with a line that other organizations can be excluded at JazzHR's discretion.
Nearly every guide skips this, and it matters more than the plan choice. A 300-person company or a recruiting agency that budgets $5,508 for Pro will be sent to sales instead of checkout. For that buyer the realistic comparison is Lever or Jobvite, which Employ Inc. sells above JazzHR, or a per-seat system such as Zoho Recruit, whose staffing edition runs $25 to $75 per recruiter a month billed yearly. Our Lever pricing guide covers the Vendr buyer data for that next step up.
The footnote also says job posting and syndication are subject to eligibility and to third-party job board restrictions. In plain terms, the free job board reach that sells JazzHR depends on each board accepting the feed, which is worth knowing if you are buying the plan mainly to post jobs.
What JazzHR costs over three years
Three years of JazzHR cost $3,000 on Hero, $10,440 on Plus and $16,524 on Pro billed yearly at today's prices, or $3,960, $12,600 and $19,764 billed monthly.
| Plan | Three years, billed yearly | Three years, billed monthly | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hero | $3,000 | $3,960 | $960 |
| Plus | $10,440 | $12,600 | $2,160 |
| Pro | $16,524 | $19,764 | $3,240 |
These totals assume the price holds, which the 2026 increase shows is not guaranteed. JazzHR's terms note that usage limits on open jobs and add-on features apply to all plans, and its FAQ describes some add-on features as consumption-based, billed on how much you use them. Add both to your three-year figure if you plan to run many roles at once.
For comparison, a three-year Lever contract at the Vendr median of $15,400 a year runs about $47,600 with a 3% yearly increase. JazzHR Pro over the same three years costs roughly a third of that, from the same parent company.
JazzHR vs Zoho Recruit, Workable and Ashby pricing
For a 15-person US company with two recruiters, billed yearly, JazzHR Plus at $3,480 costs less than Workable Standard at $3,588 and Ashby Foundations at $4,320, and more than Zoho Recruit at $600 to $1,200.
The order changes with the shape of your team. Zoho Recruit charges per recruiter, $25 a month on Standard and $50 on Enterprise billed yearly, so it stays cheaper than JazzHR until you have many people recruiting: Zoho Standard passes JazzHR Plus at 12 recruiters, and Zoho Enterprise passes JazzHR Pro at 10. Our Zoho Recruit pricing guide has the full per-seat math. Breezy HR is the closest like-for-like rival, because it also charges one price per plan with unlimited users, and its Growth and Business plans cost $204 and $240 a year less than JazzHR Plus and Pro; the plan tables are on our Breezy HR pricing page. Workable and Ashby price on company headcount, so they rise as you grow even if one person does all the hiring. Our pages on Workable pricing and Ashby pricing list every band, and Greenhouse pricing covers the quoted end of the market.
JazzHR's price is flat whatever the team size up to its 250-employee limit. That makes it the predictable choice for a company that expects headcount to double but the number of people hiring to stay small.
Is JazzHR worth it for a small business?
JazzHR is worth it for a US company under 250 employees that hires steadily, needs a shared pipeline for a few hiring managers and wants to buy without a sales call. Plus is the plan most of those companies end up on, because Hero lacks knockout questions, bulk actions and calendar sync.
- Buy Hero if you hire a handful of people a year, one person screens everything and you mainly want postings out of your inbox.
- Buy Plus if several managers interview, you post remote roles that draw high volume, or you want source reports to see which channels produce hires.
- Buy Pro if you send offer letters for signature every month or need custom reports, and the two Plus add-ons would cost more than $2,028 a year.
- Skip JazzHR if you are an agency, a franchise or over 250 employees, because the published prices do not apply to you.
An ATS is the cheaper half of hiring. The posting that brings applicants usually costs more over a year, and our breakdown of the cost to post a job on the large boards shows by how much.
How to get remote applicants into JazzHR
JazzHR posts to free job boards and sells premium listings, but a fully-remote role draws far more applicants from a remote-only audience. A listing on our board costs $199 a month for one live role, or $99 a month billed yearly.
Applicants to your role arrive by email and in your employer dashboard, with resume and links, so you can add them to JazzHR through its resume parser, which every plan includes. Our Enterprise plan creates each applicant automatically in Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby through their APIs. If you are still choosing an ATS and want that hands-off delivery, those are the three to compare. See all plans on our pricing page, or how we compare with other boards on our remote job posting sites page. Our data on how many applicants a job posting gets helps you size which JazzHR plan the volume needs.
Questions buyers ask about JazzHR pricing
- How much does JazzHR cost per month?
- JazzHR costs $110 a month for Hero, $350 for Plus and $549 for Pro when billed monthly, read on the JazzHR pricing page in October 2026. Billed yearly, the plans cost $1,000, $3,480 and $5,508 a year, which is $83, $290 and $459 a month.
- Does JazzHR have a free trial?
- The current JazzHR pricing page sells all three plans through a direct checkout and a demo request, and it lists no free trial. Older guides describe a 21-day trial. If you want to test before paying, start on monthly billing, which costs $110 for Hero, and switch to yearly once the tool fits.
- Is JazzHR priced per user?
- No. JazzHR sets one price per plan for the company, with no per-user line on its pricing page. That is the main difference from Zoho Recruit, which charges per recruiter seat, and from Ashby and Workable, which price on company headcount.
- Why is JazzHR more expensive than the price I read online?
- Most guides still quote $75, $269 and $420 a month billed yearly. The JazzHR pricing page now charges $1,000, $3,480 and $5,508 a year, which is 7.7 to 11.1% more depending on the plan. Always budget from the vendor page.
- Which companies can't buy JazzHR at the published price?
- Staffing and recruiting agencies, HR service providers, franchises, multi-location businesses and organizations with over 250 employees. JazzHR states this under its plan cards and quotes those buyers separately, so a larger company should compare Lever, Jobvite or a per-seat ATS instead.
- Is JazzHR cheaper than Lever?
- Yes, by a wide margin. JazzHR Pro costs $5,508 a year at the published price, while Vendr puts the median Lever contract at $15,400 a year. Both belong to Employ Inc. Lever adds a candidate CRM and deeper analytics, and JazzHR limits its standard prices to companies under 250 employees.
