Jobvite Pricing and Jobvite Cost per Year, per Module and for Implementation

Jobvite does not publish prices. Its pricing page offers a quote form and a list of add-on modules, nothing more. Vendr's buyer data puts the median Jobvite contract at $14,128 a year, with deals from $11,724 to $66,735, and SpendHound reports an average of $11,196 a year for companies of 50 to 1,000 employees. The "about $400 a month" figure most guides repeat comes to $4,800 a year, which is 41 percent of the cheapest Jobvite contract Vendr has seen. Implementation estimates run $1,000 to $10,000 on top. We read every figure on 14 October 2026.

Jobvite is the enterprise applicant tracking system in the Employ Inc. family, which also owns Lever and JazzHR. Inside that family JazzHR serves small businesses, Lever the mid-market and Jobvite the upper mid-market and enterprise, with recruitment marketing, onboarding, referrals and analytics sold as modules around the core ATS.

Jobvite's own pricing page says the platform is "priced for flexibility" and asks you to request a quote. So every number in circulation is either an estimate or a buyer-reported contract, and the two disagree by a factor of three. This page puts each public figure in one table, says which ones rest on real contracts, works out the first-year and three-year cost, and shows where Jobvite sits against Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS and the tools that publish a price.

How much does Jobvite cost?

Jobvite typically costs about $14,128 a year at the median, based on buyer transactions Vendr tracks, with contracts from $11,724 to $66,735. Enterprise deals go far higher: SpendHound reports an average of $208,022 a year for its customers above 1,000 employees. Jobvite publishes no price list, and there is no self-serve checkout.

On a monthly basis the Vendr median works out to about $1,177, and the SpendHound mid-market average to about $933. Both figures describe the license. Add-on modules and implementation come on top, as the next sections show.

Why the $400 a month estimate is too low

Four hundred dollars a month is $4,800 a year, which is 41 percent of the cheapest Jobvite contract in Vendr's data ($11,724) and about a third of the median. No buyer-reported source puts a Jobvite contract anywhere near it.

The $400 figure is an editorial estimate with no stated company size or scope, and it has been copied from guide to guide. The two sources built on real contracts, Vendr and SpendHound, land close to each other: a $14,128 median and an $11,196 average for companies of 50 to 1,000 employees. If you budget from $400 a month, expect the first quote to come in at two to three times that.

Two caveats keep this honest. Vendr does not say how many Jobvite purchases sit behind its median, while its Lever median rests on 318 and its Greenhouse median on 884, so the Jobvite number is the thinnest of the three. And SpendHound's page says its averages come from 160 Jobvite customers but its year-over-year figures add up to 139. Both still point the same way, which is why we treat $11,000 to $15,000 a year as the realistic floor for a mid-market contract.

What is included in Jobvite, and what costs extra?

Jobvite sells a core applicant tracking system and prices everything else as an add-on. Its own pricing page names the AI Interview Companion, Onboarding (including I-9 and E-Verify handling) and Advanced Employee Referrals as modules you add, and its FAQ lists recruitment marketing software among them.

Vendr reports that add-on modules can raise the total cost of a Jobvite contract by 30 to 50 percent. At the median that is the difference between this table's rows.

ScopeYear-one license
Core ATS at the median$14,128
Core plus modules, 30% uplift$18,366
Core plus modules, 50% uplift$21,192

Ask the sales rep to quote the core ATS and each module as separate lines. Onboarding is the module remote employers most often need on day one, because I-9 verification for someone you never meet in person has to be done through an authorized representative or the E-Verify remote option. If your new hires work in several states, our guide to state tax withholding for remote employees shows what each new state adds before the onboarding paperwork even starts.

How much is Jobvite implementation?

Third-party estimates put Jobvite implementation at $1,000 to $10,000 one time, charged separately from the license. Jobvite does not publish its own implementation fees, and data migration and integrations are quoted on top.

First-year scenarioLicenseImplementationYear-one total
Median core ATS, low implementation$14,128$1,000$15,128
Median core ATS, high implementation$14,128$10,000$24,128
Core plus modules (30%), high implementation$18,366$10,000$28,366
Core plus modules (50%), high implementation$21,192$10,000$31,192

Compared with iCIMS, where buyer reviews put implementation at $15,000 to $25,000, the Jobvite setup estimate is lower, but the license median is higher. For a mid-market buyer the two end up in a similar first-year band. Ask for implementation as a fixed fee with a named scope, and ask in writing whether exporting your data at the end of the contract carries a charge, because one Reddit commenter has alleged a fee for releasing migration data, a claim we could not verify.

What Jobvite costs over three years

At the median license, three years of Jobvite cost about $43,700 to $45,400 in subscription with 3 to 7 percent yearly increases, or about $44,700 to $55,400 once implementation is added.

ScenarioYear 1Year 2Year 3Subscription total
Median $14,128, 3% yearly increase$14,128$14,552$14,988$43,668
Median $14,128, 7% yearly increase$14,128$15,117$16,175$45,420
Median signed as a 3-year term at 15% off$12,009$12,009$12,009$36,026
Median signed as a 3-year term at 30% off$9,890$9,890$9,890$29,669

Vendr reports 3 to 7 percent annual escalators on Jobvite renewals and multi-year terms priced 15 to 30 percent below one-year contracts, with prepayment worth another 5 to 10 percent. The last two rows show what that discount is worth at the median, before prepayment. The trade-off is lock-in: a three-year term at 30 percent off saves about $15,750 against the 7 percent path, but you cannot leave if the system does not fit. Put a renewal cap in the order form and diary the notice date.

Does Jobvite charge per employee or per user?

Jobvite does not say. Its pricing page says quotes depend on the modules you choose, and buyer guides describe pricing driven by hiring volume, recruiter seats and modules. One estimate puts enterprise contracts at $22 to $55 per employee a year.

EmployeesAt $22 per employee a yearAt $55 per employee a year
100$2,200$5,500
250$5,500$13,750
500$11,000$27,500
1,000$22,000$55,000
2,500$55,000$137,500

Read the small rows with care. Below about 250 employees the per-employee estimate gives numbers under Vendr's lowest observed contract, which suggests Jobvite applies a minimum. At $22 to $55 per employee, the $14,128 median corresponds to a company of about 257 to 642 employees, which fits Jobvite's upper mid-market position. Ask the sales rep which unit the quote uses and what happens to the price if headcount falls.

Is Jobvite cheaper than Lever?

On Vendr medians, slightly: $14,128 a year for Jobvite against $15,400 for Lever. Both are Employ Inc. products, and JazzHR, the third, publishes prices from $1,000 a year. The medians describe different customers, so compare two quotes at the same headcount and scope.

The more useful comparison is the spread. Lever's Vendr range runs from $6,714 to $51,864, so a small team can land a Lever contract at half of Jobvite's observed floor. Jobvite's range starts at $11,724. That fits the way Employ positions the three products: a company under about 100 employees is usually better served by JazzHR or Lever, and Jobvite earns its price when recruitment marketing, onboarding and referrals need to run in one system. Our JazzHR pricing and Lever pricing pages break down the other two, and Jobvite vs Lever vs JazzHR pricing puts all three Employ products side by side. Against the other enterprise quotes, see Greenhouse pricing and iCIMS pricing.

Is Jobvite worth it?

Jobvite is worth its price for a US employer of a few hundred people or more that hires continuously, wants recruitment marketing, referrals and onboarding in the same system as the ATS, and has someone to run it. A company that fills a dozen roles a year will usually pay two to ten times less with a published-price ATS.

Signals for Jobvite: you run campaigns to build a talent pool before roles open, employee referrals are a real hiring channel, onboarding paperwork across states is a bottleneck, and you work in a regulated industry where audit trails matter. Signals against: one person does all the recruiting, you want a price before a sales call, or the real problem is the number of qualified applicants reaching you, which no ATS solves on its own.
