Juicebox Pricing 2026 and Juicebox Cost per Seat, per Contact and With Agents
Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.
Juicebox costs $99 a seat a month on its Starter plan and $179 a seat a month on Growth, both billed yearly, with Business priced on quote and Juicebox Agents sold as a $199 a month add-on. Monthly billing costs $20 a seat more, at $119 and $199. That is what Juicebox's own pricing page showed when we read it on 30 September 2026, and it matched our reading the day before.
The headline seat price is the least useful number on that page. Two lines in the plan table decide which plan a recruiter really needs: phone numbers are not available on Starter, and ATS integration is not available on anything below Business, which matters most if your applicants live in an ATS you already pay for (our Greenhouse pricing and Workable pricing breakdowns cover the two that small teams compare most). Most pages ranking for this query still quote older tiers ($79 and $129, or $139 and $199), and none of them do the per-contact arithmetic. We run a remote job board that recruiters use alongside sourcing tools, so we have a view, and we say where Juicebox is the better buy.
How much does Juicebox cost per month?
| Juicebox plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Seats | Contact credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 | 5, one time |
| Starter | $99 a seat a month | $119 | 1 | 500 a month |
| Growth | $179 a seat a month | $199 | Up to 5, paid per seat | 1,500 per seat a month |
| Business | Custom, annual only | Not offered | Custom | Unlimited |
| Juicebox Agents (add-on) | $199 per agent a month | Any user in the organization | Unlimited contact and email credits | |
Every paid plan includes unlimited searches with PeopleGPT, Juicebox's plain-English search builder, and unlimited projects. What changes between plans is how many people you can actually contact, how you get them out of Juicebox, and how many mailboxes you can send from (one on Starter, three per seat on Growth, six on Business).
What does one candidate contact cost on Juicebox?
On yearly billing, one email reveal costs about $0.20 on Starter and about $0.12 on Growth, if you use the whole monthly allowance. A phone number costs three credits and is only available from Growth, which works out to about $0.36 a phone number. These are our calculations from the published prices and allowances.
| Plan and billing | Monthly price | Credits a month | Cost per email reveal | Cost per phone reveal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter, yearly | $99 | 500 | $0.20 | Not available |
| Starter, monthly | $119 | 500 | $0.24 | Not available |
| Growth, yearly | $179 | 1,500 | $0.12 | $0.36 |
| Growth, monthly | $199 | 1,500 | $0.13 | $0.40 |
The catch is utilization. Credits are a monthly allowance, so a recruiter who reveals 150 contacts in a quiet month pays $0.66 each on Starter, not $0.20. The per-contact figure only holds if you are sourcing steadily. For comparison, a LinkedIn Recruiter Lite seat reported at $140 a month on annual billing, with 30 InMails, is about $4.67 per message. We lay out that comparison across seven vendors on our LinkedIn Recruiter alternatives page.
Starter or Growth, which Juicebox plan do you need?
Starter is enough for a single recruiter who contacts candidates by email and exports to a spreadsheet. Growth is the right plan the moment you need phone numbers, a second recruiter, or more than about 500 contacts a month. The price gap is $80 a seat a month on yearly billing, and three things decide whether it is worth paying.
- Phone numbers. Starter reveals personal and professional emails only. If your roles are the kind where a call beats an email (sales, healthcare, skilled trades, senior hires), Starter will frustrate you.
- Volume. Growth triples the monthly credits. At more than 500 reveals a month, one Growth seat ($179) is cheaper than two Starter seats ($198).
- Team features. Growth adds talent insights and lets you add up to five seats on one account. Starter is one person, full stop.
Growth has a ceiling, though. It stops at five seats, and it has no ATS or CRM sync. A five-person agency on Greenhouse, Lever or Bullhorn will be exporting CSV files every week, which is exactly the job people buy software to remove. That is the point where Juicebox pushes you toward a Business quote.
What does Juicebox cost for a recruiting team?
A three-recruiter team on Growth pays $6,444 a year on yearly billing, or $7,164 on monthly billing, before any Agents. Add one Agent for the team and the yearly total rises by $2,388 to $8,832.
| Team setup | Yearly cost | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 recruiter, Starter, yearly | $1,188 | Email reveals, CSV export |
| 1 recruiter, Starter plus 1 Agent | $3,576 | Adds background sourcing and auto-email |
| 3 recruiters, Growth, yearly | $6,444 | Emails and phones, 4,500 credits a month across the team |
| 3 recruiters, Growth plus 1 Agent | $8,832 | Adds one always-on agent shared across the team |
| 6 or more recruiters, or ATS sync needed | Business quote | Unlimited credits, integrations, SSO, analytics |
Against LinkedIn, the same three recruiters on Recruiter Corporate are reported at roughly $30,000 to $39,000 a year. That is why so many teams price Juicebox at renewal time. It is not a like-for-like swap, and the next section says why.
Is Juicebox worth it?
Juicebox is worth it for recruiters who do steady outbound sourcing by email and would otherwise pay for a LinkedIn Recruiter seat. It is poor value for roles where enough qualified people would apply to a good listing on their own.
Where Juicebox is the better buy:
- You source passive candidates every week and email is an acceptable first touch.
- You recruit for technical or specialist roles where the search itself is hard, and plain-English search saves real time over Boolean strings.
- You are one or two recruiters paying for Recruiter Lite and hitting the 30 InMail limit.
Where it is not:
- Your candidates only answer on LinkedIn. A revealed email is only as good as your sending reputation, and outreach from a fresh domain can land in spam. If you plan to send at volume, a dedicated setup to send personalized outreach from your own SMTP is part of the real cost.
- You need ATS sync but are under Business pricing. Manual exports eat the time you saved on search.
- The role is one people actively look for. Remote roles are the clearest case: they draw far more applicants than on-site roles, so sourcing them one by one is paying to find people who would have found you.
Juicebox pricing against the other sourcing tools
| Tool | Entry price, billed yearly | Contact credits on entry plan |
|---|---|---|
| Juicebox Starter | $99 a seat a month | 500 a month, email only |
| Pin Solo | $99 a month | 500 a month |
| Gem startup program | $130 a month | Recruiting CRM, not a credit plan |
| SeekOut Recruit Core | $149 a month | 500 a month |
| hireEZ solo | $494 a month | Full recruiting suite |
Pin and Juicebox tie at the entry price. Pin's Professional plan is cheaper per seat for teams ($135 yearly against Juicebox Growth at $179), though with 1,000 credits a seat against Growth's 1,500, while Juicebox's Agents have no direct Pin equivalent at that price. hireEZ is a different kind of purchase: it bundles CRM, screening and scheduling, which is why its solo price is five times Starter. Our breakdown of hireEZ pricing covers when that bundle pays for itself.
When a job listing is cheaper than Juicebox
Sourcing tools pay by the contact. A listing pays by the role. For a fully-remote role, a single listing on a remote-only board puts the job in front of people who already want exactly that kind of work, and they apply without an outreach sequence. On this board that is $199 a month for one live listing, with the salary range shown and no fee on the hire. If one remote role would otherwise need 300 reveals and a three-step email sequence to fill, the listing is usually the cheaper first move, and Juicebox is what you add for the roles where nobody applies.
Most teams end up using both: a listing for inbound, and a sourcing seat reserved for senior and niche hires. If you are still on LinkedIn for that second half, our LinkedIn Recruiter cost breakdown shows what each seat level costs today, and remote job posting sites prices the listing side across every remote board we have checked.
Quick answers
How much does Juicebox cost?
Juicebox costs $99 a seat a month on Starter and $179 a seat a month on Growth when billed yearly, according to its pricing page in September 2026. Monthly billing is $20 a seat more, $119 and $199. Business is custom and annual only, and Juicebox Agents are an add-on at $199 per agent a month.
Is Juicebox free?
Only as a trial. The free plan gives limited searches and five contact credits, once, so you can test PeopleGPT search but not run a real search project. Unlimited searches and a monthly contact allowance start on the $99 Starter plan.
Does Juicebox include phone numbers?
Not on Starter. Starter contact credits reveal personal and professional emails only. Phone numbers start on Growth and cost three credits each, so Growth's 1,500 monthly credits cover at most 500 phone reveals per seat, or 1,500 email reveals, or a mix.
Does Juicebox integrate with an ATS?
Only on the Business plan. Juicebox lists integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, BambooHR and many others, but its plan table marks ATS and CRM integration as Business only. On Starter and Growth you export candidates by CSV instead.
How much do Juicebox Agents cost?
Juicebox Agents cost $199 per agent a month on top of any paid plan. An agent runs in the background with unlimited contact and email credits and can be set to auto-email or auto-shortlist, so one agent on Starter brings the monthly cost to $298.
Is Juicebox cheaper than LinkedIn Recruiter?
Yes, per seat. Juicebox Starter is $1,188 a year billed yearly, against about $1,680 reported for Recruiter Lite and $10,000 to $13,000 per seat for Recruiter Corporate. Juicebox reaches candidates by email from your own inbox rather than InMail, so reply rates depend on your sending setup.
