hireEZ Pricing 2026, hireEZ Cost for a Solo Recruiter and a Team, Against LinkedIn Recruiter and a Job Listing

Hiring for a fully-remote role while you weigh this up? Post it here for $199 a month, salary range shown, employer verified by hand, read by an audience that wants nothing but remote work.

hireEZ costs $494 a month for a solo recruiter, with a 7-day free trial, and it quotes team and enterprise pricing individually. That is what hireEZ's own pricing page said when we read it on 29 September 2026. Over a year the solo plan is $5,928. For teams there is no seat rate at all: hireEZ prices a contract against the tools it replaces and runs a four-week verification on your own roles before you sign.

That matters because most pages ranking for this query still say hireEZ publishes no pricing, or quote seat prices in the $169 to $199 range. hireEZ's page says, in its own words, that it used to publish a flat per-seat price and stopped. We run a remote job board that sells listings to some of the same employers, so weigh our conclusions with that in mind. The prices are hireEZ's and its competitors'. If you are still choosing a sourcing tool, our comparison of LinkedIn Recruiter alternatives puts seven of them on one table.

How much does hireEZ cost per month?

There are two prices, and only one of them is public.

hireEZ planPriceTrialWho it is for
Solo recruiter$494 a month ($5,928 a year)7-day free trialOne recruiter, self-serve signup
Enterprise teamCustom, set against the tools it replacesFour-week verification before signingIn-house talent teams on an ATS

What you get for it is broader than a sourcing seat. hireEZ describes itself as one system on top of your ATS covering sourcing, CRM, outreach, screening, scheduling and analytics, with more than 1 billion candidate profiles drawn from 45+ channels and 40+ native ATS integrations. Those are hireEZ's figures. The practical point is that you are not buying search alone, which is why the solo price sits well above the sourcing-only tools.

Is hireEZ worth it for a solo recruiter?

hireEZ is worth it for a solo recruiter only if it replaces other paid tools as well as sourcing. On price alone it is the most expensive single seat among the common LinkedIn Recruiter alternatives. Here is the annual cost of one seat on each, from the vendors' own pricing pages, with LinkedIn's figures as buyers report them.

One recruiter, one yearYearly costWhat it covers
Juicebox Starter, billed yearly$1,188AI search, 500 contact credits a month
Pin Solo, billed yearly$1,188AI search, 500 contact credits a month
LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, billed yearly (reported)$1,680LinkedIn search, 30 InMails a month
SeekOut Recruit Core, billed yearly$1,788AI search, 500 contact credits a month
Wellfound Reach Growth$2,388AI sourcing and outreach, 1,000 reveals a month
hireEZ solo$5,928Sourcing, CRM, outreach, screening, scheduling
LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate (reported)$10,000 to $13,000Full LinkedIn network, 150 InMails, team features

The comparison that decides it is with your current stack. Say you already pay about $140 a month for Recruiter Lite and $99 for a sourcing tool. That is $239. hireEZ at $494 is $255 a month more, so it earns its place only if it also lets you cancel an email sequencing tool, a scheduling tool or a CRM that together cost at least that much. If you only need to find candidates and reach them, the cheaper tools do that job.

There is a per-hire way to see the same thing. A recruiter who makes two hires a month is paying $247 of hireEZ per hire. One who fills one role a quarter is paying $1,482 per hire, before any time or advertising. Our cost per hire calculator puts the tool line next to the screening hours, which is usually where the larger number sits.

How much does hireEZ cost for a team?

hireEZ does not publish a team price. It quotes each contract against the recruiting tools you already pay for, and it expects most teams to use it to bring four to six tools together on top of their ATS. Its pricing page includes a worksheet where you enter your own contracts and see your current annual stack cost, and then asks you to request a number.

The worksheet leans on two claims worth knowing before the sales call. First, hireEZ says customers can reduce LinkedIn Recruiter seats by 50 to 60 percent. Second, it says 20 to 30 percent of roles can be filled from candidates already in your ATS. Both are hireEZ's figures, from its own customers. If the first one held for you, the saving on a ten-seat Recruiter Corporate team reported at $10,000 to $13,000 a seat would be $50,000 to $65,000 a year at the 50 percent end. That is the budget a hireEZ quote is designed to sit inside.

Two things to ask for in writing. The four-week verification is the moment to measure replies per hundred candidates contacted against your LinkedIn seats on the same roles, not the number of profiles found. And because the price is tied to tools you retire, get the retirement dates into the plan, or you will pay for both for a year.

What are the cheaper alternatives to hireEZ?

The cheaper alternatives are sourcing-first tools: Juicebox and Pin from $99 a seat a month billed yearly, SeekOut Recruit Core at $149, and Gem's startup plan at $130. They find candidates and reveal contact details. They do less of the rest of the workflow, which is the part hireEZ charges for. If Juicebox is on your shortlist, Juicebox pricing by plan shows which features sit behind Growth and Business.

If what you mostly need is a verified work address for a candidate you have already found, you may not need a sourcing seat at all. A dedicated tool that can find and verify a candidate's work email covers that one step, and many solo recruiters pair one of those with a single LinkedIn seat.

And for some roles you do not need outbound sourcing. If people actively search for the job, a posting brings them to you. That is true of most remote roles, which draw a far larger share of applications than their share of postings. Our numbers on how many applicants a job posting gets show how large that pool is. A remote listing here is $199 a month, with no seat, no contact credits and no fee when you hire, which is $398 for a typical 39 day search.

hireEZ vs LinkedIn Recruiter, which should you pay for?

Pay for LinkedIn Recruiter when your hires are senior people who are employed and answer InMail. Pay for hireEZ when you run a team with several recruiting tools and want fewer contracts. Pay for neither when the role is one people apply to.

LinkedIn's own tiers are set out in full on our LinkedIn Recruiter cost breakdown, including the cost of a single InMail on each plan. If the real alternative you are weighing is an agency, recruiter fees shows what 15 to 25 percent of salary comes to, and why a $5,928 tool looks cheap next to it for a team that hires every month.

Whichever tool you choose, the role still needs a posting that does some of the filtering for you. Put the salary range, time zone overlap and the states you can employ in at the top, and post the remote role for $199 a month while the sourcing runs in parallel.

Quick answers

How much does hireEZ cost?

hireEZ starts at $494 a month for a solo recruiter, with a 7-day free trial, according to its own pricing page in September 2026. That is $5,928 over a year. Enterprise teams get a custom price set against the recruiting tools hireEZ replaces, after a four-week verification on their own workflows.

Does hireEZ publish its pricing?

Partly. The pricing page now lists one figure, $494 a month for an individual recruiter, and explains that team pricing is no longer a flat rate per seat. hireEZ says it used to publish a flat seat price and dropped it because the product now bundles sourcing, CRM, outreach, screening and scheduling.

Is hireEZ cheaper than LinkedIn Recruiter?

Not for one person. At $494 a month, a solo hireEZ seat costs about three and a half times a Recruiter Lite seat reported at $140 a month on annual billing. Against Recruiter Corporate, reported at $10,000 to $13,000 per seat a year, a quoted hireEZ team contract can come out cheaper.

Does hireEZ have a free trial?

Yes. The solo plan comes with a 7-day free trial that you start from the pricing page. Enterprise buyers get a four-week verification instead, which hireEZ describes as working sessions on your real workflows and hardest roles before any contract is signed.

What are cheaper alternatives to hireEZ?

On published prices, Juicebox and Pin start at $99 a seat a month billed yearly, SeekOut Recruit Core is $149, and Gem's startup plan is $130. They cover sourcing and contact details. hireEZ bundles more of the recruiting workflow, so compare it with your whole tool stack, not with one seat.
